Article I - The 310th VFS 58th VFG Command Staff
The Command Staff will be responsible for any decisions within the squadron that can not be agreed upon by the XO and CO. The Command Staff can also be called upon by any member of the squad who feels as though the XO and/or CO has made a decision in an unfair or biased manner. In such an occurrence, the Command Staff will vote on the issue at hand to determine the outcome. No further instances on the same issue will arise. However, any new instances of any member who has already called upon the Command Staff to intervene shall be brought forth to the Command Staff.

Jo-4 Squadron Historical Officer
Researches, Develops & Maintains Historical information about the 311tth Fighter Squadron In WWII. Insures the Squadron remains as Historically accurate as possible. Provides JO-1 Tech/O with historical facts and photographs of the the squadron in WWII.
JO-5 Squadron Quartermaster
(Manages Squad Skins/files ect.)
Ensures all memebers are upto date on required softwear.
Helps admin the Squadrons online Store for it's memebers. Adresses any conscerns about orders and asists memebers in obtaining squadron merchandise. ( i.e. T-shirts, Coffie mugs ect.)
Article II - Respect
No Member Of The 31oth Virtual Fighter Squadron Will Display Behavior That Could Be Seen As Disrespectful. This Includes Disrespectful Comments In A Public Or Private Chat With Another Player. All 310th Members Will Make An Effort To Help New Players Weather They Are In The Squad Or Not. Regardless of Affiliation (Allies or Axis).
Article III - Cheating
No Cheating of any kind will be tolerated within this squadron. Including but not limited to the following: Modified damage profiles, modified air files, modified hit boxes, miss-use of auto follow, or any other tool used in game or a deviation of the rules set forth in a particular game session since they sometimes change. Proof or evidence of cheating should be forwarded to the XO or CO for review.
No Use of any UNAPPROVED Moddified IL-2 .FSF files of ANYKIND WILL BE ALLOWED. ANY SQUADRON MEMBER FOUND VIOLATING THIS RULE IS SUBJECT TO A BOARD OF REVIEW BY THE COMMAND STAFF AND EXPULTION FROM THE SQUADRON. For a List of approved mods see Sqdn S-3 Opperations Officer.
Article IV - Uniforms
In Our Virtual World We Wear Virtual Uniforms Commonly Known As “Tags.” All Members Of The 310th Virtual Fighter Squadron Will Be In Uniform For All Squad Functions. The 3110th Uniform Is:
310th_Name.
Unless otherwise specified by the Command Staff
Article V - Attendance/Participation Level:
Any member who would be absent for any period of time greater than 2 weeks or if any member should miss a scheduled meeting or training session should notify the squadron via squadron message board, Teamspeak, Hypperlobby Page, or Windows Meessenger if it is a foreseen absence. Real life issues take precedence over squad functions and a courteous "heads up" would be nice prior to a foreseen absence.
(A)- Required Participation Level:
The 310th VFS doesn't set participation requirement levels on any of it's pilots. We have members who have been a part of the 310th since it's inception and have real-life issues that must be dealt with on a regular basis. We do however request that all members try to maintain contact with the Group through use of the Forum, email or online communications whenever possible. But for training purposes, and just for a good time we would like to see all of our pilots attend our Sunday night Squad meetings. This will help unify us as a squadron as well as give us all a chance to get to know one another better. Although as stated above attendance is not mandatory.
Article VI - Alternate squadron
No member of the 310th VFS shall affiliate his/herself with another squadron on the Web within IL2 in such a manner that constitutes a dual membership i.e. be a member of another squad while a member of the 310th VFS. This is due to the question of loyalty to the 310th since we will be holding Matches or Competitions with other squadrons on the web. Special Compatition Squadron (Team USA) or Areobatic Squadrons may be considerd by the C/O, X/O &/or a Board of Review.
All of which are subject to prior aproval from Squadron/Group Headquarters
Article VII - Promotions
Members of the 310th Fighter Squadron That Have fulfilled The Requirements for a Promotion Will Be Recommended for a Promotion by Their Wing Commander &/or Flight Leader to the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer. All Promotions Will Be Agreed To By The Commanding Officer and Executive Officer.
(A) - Promotion Requirements:
All new pilots will enter the 310th VFS as a Flight Officer (FO).
The rank "system", if you will, portrayed by the 310th VFS is based somewhat on some military standards. Meaning, rank is a reward for longevity throughout a career. In the military, rank is what is used to signify progress throughout a career.
(B.)- Cadet Status:
Cadet Status is reserved for pilots below the Squadrons Minumum Age Requirements of 16/18 who are participaiting with parental approval. All Cadets are required to Submit a letter of aproval or verbal approval from parent or leagal gaurdain prior to being admitted into the squadron. Particiapation requires a C Average or equivialent in school. Cadets are required to have parrents submitt a copy of or verbally veryfy a minimum C average on thier school report cards in order to ramain a member of the 310th Virtual Fighter Squadron.
Only family members of Active 310th VFS Pilots will be granted Cadet status.
We do not recruit or accept members below the squadrons Minimum age requirements of 16/18 years old.

(B.) Merit Promotion:
There are certain circumstances that may warrant a merit promotion regardless of the TIS and TIR standings. These circumstances can include exceptional contributions to the 310th VFS either in an administrative support role or outstanding leadership and performance in sanctioned Group events. The pilot in question must have a formal recommendation from his Wing Commander/ Or Flight Leader. Final approval is by unanimous acceptance of the HQ Operations Office.
(C.) Waiver of Promotion:
Any 310th VFS Pilot/Member can refuse a promotion at any time for any reason. He must advise his Commanding Officer of his intentions in writing via email. All waivers of promotion will be considered by a Board of Review, consisting of the HQ Operations office and the pilot's CO and XO. This Board will convene at the earliest possible time after receiving this notification.
Article VIII - Recruiting
All Squadron Recruiting for the 310th VFS is done uner the supervition of the office of Squadron Adjutant/Manpower Officer (S-4). The Squadron Adjuant is the the Chief Recruiting Officer for the Squadron as well as it's personell director. Any Recruiting issues should be directed to that Office. While the Adjutant/Manpower Officer is the CRO for the Squadron, all emembers are encouraged to activly recruit new members. Please direct all interested parties to the Squadron Adjutant,C/O, X/O or to another emember of the HQ Command Staff.
Article IX -Membership requirements
Membership in the 310th Virtual Fighter Squadron is open. Prior online gaming experience is preferred, but not required. Our philosophy is simple. Our first and foremost objective is to have FUN! We compete to win and expect Group loyalty. We require that all pilots subscribe to a Code of Honor when participating in any Group related activity. All Rules required for any sanctioned Group competition must be adhered to. Group pilots must, at all times, respect the rights of the other participants in the competitive arenas.
(A) Initial Probationary Period:
Not required. the 310th VFS does not have an Initial Probationary Period.
Article X- Final Authority:
The Final Authority on all matters of discipline and/or Group Policy is a panel of members from the HQ Staff and all active squadron CO's/XO's. This panel will meet whenever it would be required as dictated by events.
